One thing I need to be clear about is that flower can't get wet or it will get ruined and would need to be treated with more care than your average piece of plastic or metal jewellery and therefore nor survive as long as them, and I think this should be reflected fairly in the price. They are all handmade - everyone of them is different depending on the print on the paper with different beads and jewels in the centres. I have also been making sets of rings with earrings that have come from the same pages. So really all I'm asking is if anyone has any advice on what would be a fair price for this product (to sell at craft markets and possibly on etsy), or any ideas to make the paper more durable in a cost effective way? YKers- My BFF's parent's house was broken into last night and some family heirlooms were taken - specifically a gold wedding band that has been in the family for like 200 years and is the item that saw her family through the depression... please keep your eyes and ears open for anyone trying to sell some jewellery off. The gold band has jewellers' seals on the inside, just like you would see on the antiques roadshow.... Hopefully this will come back to our family as it found it's way back in the 1850s...
