I saw a jogging stroller on kijiji. It looked nice and was a decent price. Although the guy showed pictures, he didnt state the condition, so I asked "Please don't take this the wrong way, but it we arein Winnipeg and I can't be too careful. The stroller IS clean and hasn't been around bedbugs, right?" and the guy FREAKED out on me! So I told him if he cant tell me the condition and gets mad when I ask then I can't buy it.
