We will do over $1mm in revenue this year, and expect to have around $40k of high margin recurring monthly revenue (RMR) by the end of December. Net income should be between $250-300k. We have around $250k in the bank, and $250k in bank debt. We have grown 35-40% each year over the past 5 years. There are just two of us (I'm 100% owner with one employee), we support around 900 customers currently, however we add roughly 50 customers per month. We do about $300/mo in Google Adwords, and that's about it in terms of sales/marketing dollars. I'm horrible at sales/marketing and my employee is strictly a SysAdmin. To be honest, I'm getting bored. Over the past few years it's been nonstop getting this thing bootstrapped, and now that everything is up, working, and generating lots of cashflow, there's no challenge anymore. With that said, I'm looking to sell. Ideally I'd like to *clear* $2mm and walk away, but that may not be possible as I have a lot of knowledge in our particular niche. Google Tech Talks January, 14 2008 ABSTRACT The SIP-based IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), while recently introduced, has be one of the primary distinguishing features of the next generation of mobile telmunication systems. IMS allows mobile operators to offer advanced value-added services - like VoIP, so-called h-to-media, video, interactive gaming, and mobile banking - to their tomers timely and efficiently. Google's plans to enter the wireless world open up a world of possibilities for offering tomers and inesses advanced services such as targeted location-based services and advertisements through the IMSamework. Deploying IMS, however, is a non-trivial task. The core challenge for the tel intry has been and will be the integration of the current radio accesswork (RAN) and IP transport iastructure with the IMS domain. Within standardization bodies, efforts are underway to address the issues for call setup and mobility signaling, while developing unifieder profile management and Quality of Service (QoS) architectures. The real goal is a standardized, IMS-centric, end-to-end unified signaling architecture. To this end, this presentation provides an overview of IMS and QoS signaling over integrated RAN and IMS domains.
