I will be replacing the original names with new names for identity purposes. This took place in Kansas. (As of where i am now.) Me Sarah, Faith, and Allison. Sarah and Alli are sister of whom i am close friends to and faith is a friend that Sarah brought with her. We ate at the local taco bell. Talking about my relationship problems with my Ex. (This all happened about a month ago or so) After all that mess. (we were kicked out of Taco bell for Sarah's loudness, she wears hearing aids and is becoming deaf but we decided not to tell the manager that.) We walked home and it was pretty late, An old man pulled up on the road "Do you kids want a ride?" Creeped out we decided not to go for he was a convicted sex offender. But we politely said no.and walked the rest home. The fact he drove a van with no windows in the back didn't help either. Its now dark but we don't what time it is and we walk pass the mans house. I notice him staring at us and i tried not to pay attention and rubbed it off my mind. We got home and went to sleep. About a week after this me and Sarah decide to go walk her dog around the neighborhood for awhile. We pass the old mans house which coincidentally was on the way to Faith's house which we decide to go get. As we passed the old mans house down the street we noticed the grass in his yard was long. When we get Faith she mentions that the old man hasn't been outside in awhile. They haven't seen him since. After we are done walking the dogs. We decide to be at Sarah's house. Her mother announces from a neighborhood notice letter that the old man has *died* of a stroke. After all of the commotion i went home to turn in for the day. And then during my deep slumber, I notice the old man in my dream. (Take note I am an experienced lucid dreamer) I told him to leave but he said nothing. The blank on his face seemed so serious. As he was usually a *polite jolly old sex offender8. But it looked to seem he was turning paler, blanker, and more serious by the second. I awaken after all this just to see it around ten. I go to Sarah's and Alli's house. Sarah is still asleep, but Alli came to me crying right when she woke up. She had a horrible dream. She was being raped by the old man. As she cannot control her dreams i felt horrible. She refused to attend the church service meeting that day for the old man. Even though she was one of the most religious people I know. Even though I am an athiest it felt weird not going to church with her like i usually do. Instead I was at her house comforting her. The whole time. Sarah woke up but all she said "that was a weird ass dream". Sarah said every so manly like. nobody talked the whole day. This time in my dream... The old man said words to me. I could barley make it out. They were mumbles. But it sounded like as if he were praying in my dream. I couldn't stop him nor did i want to... Because, this was beyond interesting. After he said his prayer he said "God Bless! Do you have to be so rude, your lucky i don't strip you to your peewee and have me beat you!" He yelled at me. It astonished me very much and made me wake up. Oh sorry, but just in case your wondering I would meditate in the dream and then i would feel his presence and I become intrigued. But then, after all this i realize that Alli's night terrors aren't stopping and become worse. Sarah still has "crazy ass dreams" but won't speak of them. We haven't heard from Faith. Nor do we want to cause nobody likes her "slutty" personality. We get a another notice and it says that Faith has one missing. We worry completely. Her mom came to my house and Knocked on the door fiercely. "Brandon, please help me! My baby is gone! Please help me!" She drops on her knees and starts crying uncontrollably and my mother comes to sooth her. Later that day the police find her hopped up on meth inside the old mans shed in his backyard. Today is the mans funeral and Alli refuses to go. me Faith and Sarah go. It was awkward and boring. There was only a couple other people their. His nephew and some old army friends he probably had cause i remember him and my dad exchanging army stories with each other. The weird thing is me Faith and Sarah stopped having these dreams. Faith tried not to mention them ever and stayed quite whenever i discussed them. But Alli's night terrors keep getting worse. I have found a suicide note in her drawer but she quickly burned it after i talked her out of it. Today she still has the terrors but i can see a dramatic decrease in how bad they have been. Or maybe shes getting used to them but i worry about her. We've all decided not to ever discuss this unless its completely necessary. more
