I downloaded blender today and I jumped right ahead to a [modeling tutorial](http://cgcookie.com/blender/2010/11/04/creating-a-bunch-of-balloons/) instead of finding out about the interface. I accidentally opened a toolbar. All attempts at closing this toolbar resulted in spawning more toolbars. [I cannot work like this](http://i.imgur.com/Oi7cz.jpg). I tried saving and re-opening the file, and I also tried right clicking on the border between two toolbars and selecting "Join" but neither of these worked. Google keeps turning up results that aren't relevant when I try to find the answer.
I want to apologize in advance if this doesn't belong here. I checked the blender help subreddit but it appears to be dead so I thought I'd try here first.

Royal Wedding Mug (Take 2): The same mug as the previous pic but this time I added a World angmap HDRI Probe image affecting the reflections in the world and mirror on the mug. This gives far more realistic reflections on the mug but I needed to make sure there was no mirror on the flat plane surface the mug is sitting on to avoid excessive reflections off it (I am probably doing something wrong here). The mug is the same one as here created using the tutorial here.
